Background / Experience:
I have worked in a number of settings.  Most recently, for over 20 years, I have been a psychotherapist at the Mental Health Center of Boulder, helping a wide range of adult clients, through individual and couples therapy.  I have also provided clinical supervision and assisted with medication needs.

Professional Interests / Specialties:
My focus is helping people understand their strengths and weaknesses, successes and
losses, and learn from what they have experienced in the world.  I strive to help my clients
affirm their purpose in life and achieve their future goals.  I help clients to understand and
explore their beliefs and adjust them to meet their goals.
