I bring to my work a strong understanding of how earlier life experiences interact with current experience and relationships and create problems or strengths in an individual. I help my clients understand themselves better, appreciate their own unique qualities, and gain a different perspective on their lives, leading to more positive feelings about themselves and an improved ability to function.
