20+ years as a licensed psychotherapist, working with adults, adolescents and children; individuals, couples, families and groups.  Have worked in Private Practice, for Hospice, in women’s and men’s health clinics, and taught in various settings.

I use various approaches and techniques (including "Brainspotting" and "Voice Dialogue"), depending on the needs of the client. I invite feedback and open communication in co-creating the therapy process to achieve my client’s goals.  I enjoy working with people who are looking for a healthier lifestyle, and often work as a health coach and guide with people who seek physical as well as emotional wellness.  Some of my specialty areas are:
